Ps.. There is NOTHING stopping PCT's from purchasing BTB before the Tender has been awarded. The only reason a framework is set up is because it agrees a price for ALL PCT's to purchase from.

Take it from me.. ULTRASIS do NOT have to offer the Framework agreement to every hospital. They will put in proviso's that PCT's have to purchase certain amounts...eg discount structure...

Buy 10 copies you get x price per license
Buy 20 Copies you get y price per license.

TOO MUCH emphasis has been put on this Tender agreement. It is PURELY a FRAMEWORK by which PCTS can purchase BTB or any other product from ANY other comapny.

Ultrasis have the TRUMP card in that they are the ones that have a NICE agreed product BEATING THE BLUES....

LICENSE TO PRINT MONEY...

And remember.....

PCT's are in it to make money and balance their books. If one neighbouring PCT dosnt have the product to offer then the work can be sent to the neighbouring PCT...which means.........

The money follows the patient. Eg patients choice...

PCT's are to run like any other business. Offer a service.

Those that offer the servce make the money...
