There will be many questions raised at the AGM. The shareholders DO need to debate all the issues prior to the AGM to arrive at their voting decision.
I am already in touch with a few shareholders to get a better understanding of the implications. It might be that we may well agree that the proposed resolutions ARE the way to go and vote FOR them. By debating we can hopefully analyse each others' take on things. I personally feel there is insufficient meat in the Finals report to help me arrive at a YES vote. I hope the management make one ot two annoucements prior to the AGM to promote support from the shareholders. Just trying to justify at the AGM alone to a handful of attendees would not the the best way to get an outcome. Most PI's will either abstain or vote by post based on information currently to hand.
