The Company has received notification from Duncan Duckett that following the
recent placing by the Company he is interested in 763,014 Ordinary Shares
representing 16.96 per cent. of the shares in issue.

Was begining to ponder whether they might consider a take over - would get them on aim, but maybe they would be able to buy the business of Ultrasis and sell the shell as a listed company?
