"Our strategy remains to focus on professional and corporate markets both in the
UK and the US. Other territories should also begin to open up for us. We believe
the need for our products is clearly demonstrated by our results and will
continue to grow.
To fund this growth, and to provide additional working capital, the directors
are currently considering various strategies for raising additional finance."
I suppose the uncertaintanty about how the additional finance will be raised and possible dilution is causing the drop in sp. Also, how much is required for growth and how much is for working capital? If there is a placing coming up I suppose the sp will be allowed to fall to allow institutions to pick up cheap shares!
Anyway, FWIW I'm having the odd nibble at these prices, as I think that the second half of 2005 will see a great improvement in the sp.
