I don't believe you're thick. The costs were out of control pre Graham Lewis. Much of what he did repaired previous damage but he did have to take one off cost hits and was in a weak bargaining position. He still has high office and professional costs to contend with but still he's got costs down by 50%, which is some achievement. The fund raising and the tax credit and the licence fee up front payments all give a margin of safety, which SHOULD deliver the results we all expect. I have my own estimates of costs and revenues but not to be shared as guesses and not hard facts.
