I would like to refute some of the speculation on this thread over the last few days concerning my motives in collating a list of significant Ultrasis shareholders.
My primary aims are twofold:
Firstly, to access the size of our potential total holding.
Secondly, to allow those amongst us who are not afraid to reveal their true identity to be put in contact with like-minded fellow shareholders.
My list contains some well-known individuals from the Ultrasis threads as well as other individuals who post rarely, if at all, but have very significant holdings. All my full members have provided scans of official photo ID and details of their shareholding.
By insisting on a high level of ID proof I am as confident as I can be that the figures I quote are accurate. To-date my full members have a claimed shareholding of 57,680,298 shares and individuals claiming a holding of another 30 million shares have made contact but not, as yet, provided proof of ID.
I am not trying to set up a list of malcontents, do not wish to knock the Ultrasis management nor mount some form of challenge; if this ever needs to be done it will up to my individual members to get together with like-minded fellow members to discuss the issues and decide what can be done.
I am just providing the platform for whatever interaction my members want, I think in the current Ultrasis climate it is sensible to be organized. I do not think for one minute that all my members are of the same mind, I am sure they have a range of views on the current situation. The only thing they all have in common is a wish for the company to be successful.
Membership is open to anyone, irrespective of their views, just as long as they are a reasonably significant shareholder and are prepared to provide proof of identity; something I am sure ss001 will never be prepared to do!
