I am neither a hypocrite nor am I naive. My eyes are fully wide open. I told everybody to open their eyes and see what may happen. SS sold out not for the first time. You have said they will issue the 400m shares 10 days after the AGM.
Thats around £5.6m at todays price. If you believe that then why dont you follow your friend and also sell. You can buy them back a lot lower. If he is telling the truth then this is what he intends to do.
I do not happen to believe it nor do I believe that this dilution is a forgone conclusion. If you standby and do nothing sure it will happen but a stong protest at the AGM may save the day. Unless of course alan1234 is in the know and something will be said at the AGM to pacify a lot of unhappy shareholders. According to NB we are all depressed/stressed and in need of help from the wellness shop.
I do not want you to sell your shares nor do I want others to. I do not come on this BB and say if you are not happy then sell. I say we should all stand up and ask why? If the answer is logical and good for the company then I will only be too happy to say yes. What is good for the company should be good for all of us.
