You're not listening. I am not saying anyone wants there there to be a dilution for the sake of it. I am saying that a dilution is an immediate consequence of a resolution to permit the issue of another 400,000,000 shares. Can you not underastand this ?
I then go on to say, and explain why, that more people are likely to vote and allow the resolution to pass, than those who do not, thus the imminence of a 25% dilution, making the share price, at current levels, equivalent to 1.07pence.

Yet you accuse of long termer of de-ramping. I find that hypocritical and extremely naive.
Please understand the salient difference between bashing/de-ramping and expressing concern and making critical statements.
The problem you seem to have is that you automatically dismiss any critical comment made about ULT, like it's an attack on you. Yet you ignorantly accept, and probably believe, ramps like "£30m profit and 15p next week" statements.
You seriously appear afraid to accept any critical comment made about ULT which doesn't make you a wise investor.
I own 3.45 million shares, yet my decision is not look at everything through rose tinted glasses and kid myself that all is definitely well.
