Don't be so naive, paranoid and defensive. No I am not SS nor am trying to get the price down. How is that you never criticise blatant ramps, but decide to knit pick on precautionary comments or views like mine ?
Why do I think there will be more people voting for the resolution to get passed? Simple.
Add up (or take a guess at) all the shares held by the company directors and workers, plus their families and friends, and other associates. They will vote for resolution to get passed.
Add up shares owned by companies working with ULT, eg Agilisys, Capital. They will vote for resolution to get passed.
Then add all shares owned by large private investors who are buddies with the company. They will vote for resolution to get passed.
Then add to that the amount of share in circulation owned by those who have them on credit, so not likely to be voting.
Then add to that figure those who are happy to get the resolution passed, for the benefit of the company's future growth.
Then add to that figure, those who don't know when the AGM is, never mind who the hell Nigel Brabbins is.
Then add to that figure those who'll not vote through sheer apathy.
Then you'll be left with a volume whose votes against the resolutions will not make much difference.
Stop being so bloody narrow minded and for the sake of your pension, get a grip on reality.
