I would imagine it has increased since the above.

I think the resolution to issue another 400 million shares will get passed since the major shareholders are those connected to the company or will do as they company wishes. It would not suprise me if, within 10 days of the AGM, there is an RNS to say that there shares are actually issued, causing a dilution of 25%. That would make the sp 1.07 pence. A brilliant contract news will then probably only hike the SP up to 1.5 pence.

Yes, I am sounding annoyed.
