Masterblaster,
There is no reason for the AGM getting postponed. It only got postponed last year due to late notice given by loan conversion holders.
On a very serious point, a lot of people had previously though that NB would have huge incentive to pull something out of the bag before this AGM, since his job and share options would be lost. This is no longer the case, as he is immune from votes. Notwithstanding this, the 'realists' should realise that ULT can't just create news willy nilly, for the sake of holding up the SP.
I seriously dread to think what will happen to the SP if there is no news before AGM, i.e. in next 10 working days and the resolution to issue another 400m shares is passed, i.e. another 25% dilution.
There is the further issue of the likes of Katie Price who bought millions of shares on T-10/T-25 a month/6 weeks ago, thinking the SP will be 2 pence now, which they'll soon have to sell at a huge loss.
PS, this is not a de-ramp or my attempt at scaremongery. I'm very concerned, since every time the sp falls by 0.1 pence, I lose £3,450.
Any thoughts ?
