Whilst Beating the Blues (BtB)was singled out by NICE for
the management of mild and moderate depression in its
recommendations released earlier this year,the Group is
looking to extend the market for its use by broadening
the indicators for BtB in relation to chronic conditions and
age parameters.Steps are being taken to grow the
evidence base to ensure that Beating the Blues remains
the market leader.Finally,by stepping up implementation
activity the Group intends to ensure high market
penetration,delivering results that create enduring
barriers to entry for competitor products.
