ULTRASIS - ONWARDS AND UPWARDS

The ULT unknown factor, as I see it, is NICE, they appear to procrastinate for ever & ever. There has been a lot of Media reports in the last couple of days regarding a new type of Cancer Drug which NICE will be unable to give its stamp of approval until Nov '06 at the earliest. There have been comments by emminent medical professionals stating that this drug is from the same family of drugs which already has approval from NICE and they (the professionals) are unable to understand the reasons for long delays.....

I am not certain myself what the current state of play is regarding the company that raised an objection not to the ULT CCBT products but the way they were excluded. So where it has got to regarding ULT I do not know as I thought it would all be cleared before the end of the year by NICE

I understand that ULT's AGM is either around mid Jan or Feb '06, perhaps ULT are going to use this meeting to maximise publicity for CCBT along with the final seal of approval from NICE plus the UK Health Secretary announcing when they are going to introduce this therapy UK wide etc. Don't forget the Enron Chancellor Brown needs to save cash from anywhere at the moment. So although ULT's Gross profit margin is around 97%!!! is still very very very much cheaper & more effective in the treatment mild to medium depression than popping pills....with all of the side effects.

I suppose the pill makers could just be chucking spanners in the works as they have a vested interest in the delaying or causing the demise of CCBT
