I'm sure a lot of this will be channeled into cCBT, however there is a small chance they'll just put all the cash into training more psychotherapists. Doubt it though.
They've already tried that and demand just can't be met. I remember the government's mental health tsar (name escapes me) talking on that Radio prog (was in header to this thread, but not there now), specifically saying that simply training more psychotherapists was not the answer, because they're already doing that and the demand just increases in line with the increase in those trained. The Swindon set-up shows that you can increase number of patients receiving treatment in a given timeframe about 5 fold compared to conventional CBT. This is where BtB excels.
