The Company has received conversion notices from holders of #238,572 nominal of the 6 per cent. Convertible Unsecured Loan Stock 2008.
Accordingly, application has today been made for the admission of 47,714,000 new ordinary shares to trading on the AIM market. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company and dealings in the new ordinary shares is expected to commence on 9 June 2005.
Following conversion and allotment, the Company will have #825,628 nominal of Stock outstanding and 1,164,850,567 ordinary shares in issue."
