The granting of options to the 2 exec. directors is quite interesting. Particularly to Ms Elliott whose career I've been aware of for many years. She 'clawed' her way up from working in bars in Whitley Bay to managing a bar there and achieving noteriety in local papers. From there she worked in various other bars in Sunderland and Newcastle eventually being appointed to Ops Director.
She's a smart / intelligent lady of about 32 and drives a nice silver BMW 3 series with a private plate - 'Curly'. All in all, quite sharp and I would assume she'll view the options (exercisable at £2.01 ish) as a gift horse.
The Sunderland bars have performed well this year, the mild weather over Christmas will have helped bars in the region immensely.
