UK Retail Stores - a bellwether for the UK consumer?

what stores belong in this header??? with thnx to sir H.:

Boots, Henry (BHY.L)


Debenhams (DEB.L): V recent float.


DSG Int'l (DSGI): Seems to have fewer overseas interests as Kingfisher.


Kingfisher (KFG.L): Has many Eurozone stores so does not only reflect UK economy.
Includes Castorama, a very big chain in Europe.


Marks and Spencer (MKS.L): Improved over the last year, may clouds use as an indicator


Tesco (TSCO.L)


Woolworths (WLW.L): Vice versa of above.
