LOL.....and there was energyi questioning Slytherin's holdings of quality housebuilders such as Ben Bailey!
I also bought Ben Bailey in 2002 (at 1.10), and they've just hit 6 quid (tho admittedly I offloaded most of mine several months ago).......some disasterous investment that turned out to be!
Of course, the day when house prices do start to fall back I guess the bears will be first to jump up down telling us all how they told us so.......still if you make the same prediction enough times I guess one day you're bound to be right!
