UK House Prices -The next bubble waiting to burst ??

For all those of you out there that think the house price boom can't go on for ever, have a look at spreadfair.com. You may find that there are some interesting prices in the house price market at the moment. You forward sell the average house price a year from now for £14,000 more than it is currently worth. The market is not heavily traded, so I am trying to put the word about in order that I may trade it more actively myself.

It's not a bad way to hedge you risk in a market that could take a bit of a dive over the next couple of years. Certainly a lot easier than selling up and moving into rented accomodation.
