UK House Prices -The next bubble waiting to burst ??

Interestingly ifthe stock market discounts prices and events up to 18 months away, it could only be on the fact that China and India are sustaining the West's boom, all be it artificaial boom, with evereyone on tick in the west.
- For me, this is not a reason to buy house builders now: but it is a good reason to hold commodity stocks and be long the metals. ( though these are all part of the same cycle segment: Value - cycical growth.
we could also still be owning shares in : auro parts, aerospece cos, airlines, retailers ( maybe) and Chemicals.
In a years time, we should be switching into Food and Drug, tobacco and utilities again. But hang onto these metals - they outlast the end of a value cycle and are prominient in the ist stages of a Defensive /recessionary spell.
