In August 2004 you predicted a 30% fall within the next 12 months.

With the SP's of House Builders hitting new highs over the last week and recent large upgrades accross the sector, the Housing market looks to remain very strong over the next couple of years. Most SP's in this area are UP over 40% over the last 12 months, now that shows very strong confidence for the future.
