to back me up on UK housing market MASSIVELY market overvalued
Housing in Germany is undervalued by 26 percent, the Paris-based OECD estimates. It is overvalued by 33 percent in the U.K. and by 15 percent in Ireland.
my advice for 1st time buyers is that you will get your chance to buy into the market if you have patience and you will regret it if you work your butt of to get on the ladder at these crazy prices
