UK House Prices -The next bubble waiting to burst ??

The amount of people I have come into contact with over the past 2-3 years who are so arrogant with their new found wealth in the BTL market.
What are the qualities for these new entrepreneers? Highly Educated ( I guess not). wealth creators for the economy (not a chance), following a trend (yes)just like it is easy to make money in shares in a bull market without any expertise. All you need is the capital to put in the first place.
I dont personally believe this can continue for the foreseable future but cannot see a reverse of property prices to 2 years ago.
Affordable cheap housing is the only answer. Perhaps Stelios could invent easyliving and provide cheap rental properties. That would totally scare the BTL's.
