Hey guys, you know that flat I said we were selling for £180k?
Well, the local estate agents are fighting over it, and reckon we should put it on at £209k.

farsight well why dont you keep it for another five years,it will be worth around 500k by then,you will be able to draw loads of equity out of it and go on a mass spending spree which in turn will fuel the economy and make prices rise again thus allowing you to do it all over again.
