Yes - you should have sold it for 30% less and done a kindness to someone you don't know - they, of course, would also sell it for 30% less than valuation when they moved on - You should also do the same with your shares, cars and any othr assets - you know it makes sense!
The irony is that CHAMBEAJ is as right wing as they come.
