In simple terms for simpletons:whilst interest rates have decreased this has been offset by higher lending:net result lower and lower disposable incomes.
Even the b.o.e are concerned about servicing of debt due to the lowering of disposable incomes.
If you believe that this time it is different ;-) then interest rates will never go down again.Unfortunately sterling will be worthless and uk plc will have to be bailed out again.
I used to believe in father xmas ;-)
I suppose i am getting lazy in my rented no strings attached little paradise ;-)
