I am champing at the bit to get back on the housing market money go round.I never realised that interest rates never go up and i can borrow 1000 times my salary.Can i buy Buckingham palace,is it on the market :-)
If ole tanurarse hasnt heard that 20/80 analargy then i bet he has never stepped on rockinghorseshite
If the market stays irrational for another 5 years then no lightbulb changing for 5 years will save my weary knee and hip joints :-)
Sell to rent,you know it makes sense
