I think that all the bumph on folk living longer will turn out to be short lived (in pension/mortgage terms). Only today some article mentoined that the sale of organic food was GRowiNG rapidly, funny thing was it was in the past middle age group tha were driving sales, ie those least likely to be affected
by the pension age escalator. In stark contrast i suspect a high% of the sofa loving, booze supping, drug snorting, playstaion pasty babies, who 25% of think an ISA is either a iPod accessory or energy drink will not conveniently reach 65.
