UK House Prices -The next bubble waiting to burst ??

JonC - Thu, 22 Dec 05 :

Interesting post(not if you are a sell to renter) on the 1st House thread. Not surprisingly the bears have ignored it.

Particularly liked this bit:

"used this site to compare prices and hopefully look for a lower asking price without insulting the buyer. So far, no luck. Found a property that that was going for £195k after they had bought just over 12 months ago for 159k but unwilling to reduce."

I dont know if anybody already uses this site but I have recently discovered it and found it unbelivable how much people over the last couple of years have bought their property for and what they are expecting to sell for today.

Currently renting on a renewable 6 month lease (2 years) how time flys and also prices increase. Well, looking to buy back in the 2006 due to family committments and In fact it was mentioned that they are expecting it to go up further next Sping.

Any good feedback / advice from your goodselves would appreciate.

Thanks

Cue myriads of sell to renters claiming property has fallen by 40% and they are veritable financial gods.
