In 92 i bought houses that the councill couldnt give away for 10k a piece.Bad area then and a worse area now.I renovated them and rented them out and got dss rent for 7 years and sold them on.
Those same houses are selling for 120k+ now
Pure lunacy.The area is more crime ridden now but ftbers cant afford anywhere else to live and i genuinely feel sorry for the hard working youngsters who have bought them because unles they sell and get out of the area they will be trapped.
