UK House Prices -The next bubble waiting to burst ??

i still say a 80per cent drop over the next 5 year
they always always fall back to 3or 4 times earning's
all that is different this time is most of the earning we have got are service ,property related the higher property's go the higher earnings go giving us a bubble.but because of that fact when the bubble does bust and they start to fall earnings will fall with then making for a bigger drop.
even if they stay where they are for 5 years with real inflation running at 7 per cent their going to be 35 percent cheaper
