I'm sure you do find it hard to believe, that's because your brain cannot deal with any info which suggests property might fall.

People don't see the fact that they cannot sell their property at a particular price as....oh fuck it, really can't be bothered


PP......it's difficult getting through to you, but I've long been of the opinion that prices could fall - just as they could remain reasonably stable, or even rise by small amounts.

The only scenarios I find no evidence of at the moment are large swings either way.

I'm just fortunate not to own a 4 bed home in North Essex obviously.......or a house valued at more than #400,000 in Heston.


My house sold two days ago at full guide price, and I've bought another at........yes, full guide price.
