Stop being a twat please. That info comes from a big agent in north Essex, he is only stating what he is saying and I am only relaying it. 4 bed detatched homes are not selling - does not mean that not a single property is selling, just means they are difficult to sell which would normally indicate (on my planet) downward pressure on prices, and possibly downward pressure on rentals. I can't claim to know the details of every property on sale in my area, but i would suggest I know more about it than you.
