jonC - I'm not sure that's absolutley correct, but from a homeowners point of view they have never had it so good.
Virtually everyone is better off and you can't really deny that.
As far as Pensions go this is a Worldwide problem and was always going to happen, look at any other Country yo care too, Corporations were scrapping them in the late 80's as tehy realised the future liabilities were unrealistic.
btw - I don't agree with Labour on everything and as I've said I did'nt even vote.
