UK House Prices -The next bubble waiting to burst ??

Litmus very thoughtful, but like most one track records you're starting to repeat yourself......I managed to read the article first time it was posted, thanks.

So, the big mystery.....a fantastic residence, keenly priced, and it hasn't sold......er, it's next to the A4, so no great mystery just commonsense; who's gonna shell out nearly a mill to have near 24 hour noise and air pollution on yr doorstep?

And there's more, other supposedly desirable homes that haven't sold.....but again in each case there is a reason - a new development of flats overlooking the property, an unusually cramped garden etc etc.

Properties such as those only sell quickly when a market is at full throttle, and I'm certainly not suggesting that for one moment, but you don't seem to want to hear that litmus.

Good try, but I'm afraid that isn't the acid test.
