Morning.
To say I've had a s**t two day's is an understatement.
Whilst waiting for the gas people to come out and fix my leak on Monday, I received a call from a tenant saying her boiler had packed up, so I arranged for that to be fixed while waiting for my own house to be made safe.
I then had to go into town to meet someone, and as soon as I got there the chap who's had my P.C phoned and said he'd be at my house in 10 minutes, so I asked my friend to run me back home so's I could get my p.c back up and running.
It's a five minute journey, so there shouldn't of been a problem getting home in time.
On the way home my phone went and another tenant told me they had a water leak, and it was flooding the flat downstairs.
During the call, the car I was in broke down, blocking the main road.
When I finally got home and he fixed my p.c up, I found my printer didn't work, but he managed to fix it.
I'd now arranged a plumber to go out and fix the leak.
I then went back into town to pay a previous tenant's deposit directly into their Nat West account.
After waiting for ten minutes to get to the front of the queue........their computers went down, and they said they couldn't accept the money until the systems had been restored.
That's only some of my Monday's fun and games, and yesterday got even worse.
Today, after two expensive and f8cked up days.......They're putting a camera up my bum.
