TULLOW OIL - worth another look?

Whilst I obviously hope that this will be a gusher what do you think the effect on the price will be if it turns out to be another duster? Looking at Faucon-1 with the benefit of hindsight it almost seemed like a non lose situation, if they had struck I think that the price would have gone up rapidly but when the news came through that they hadn't the price just seemed to stabilize back to what it was beforehand. Is this because the 270p-275p price is based on what they are currently worth and is not taking into account any new discoveries? If that is so then this prospect would seem to be another no lose situation.
