Instead of in-fighting, why not try to reason as to whether you are the shrewd investor as claimed by Mr Webb?
At what price did he buy?
At what price did you?
We are now 1 year on since I last bought, a bit of a bore, expecting a takeover, but there you go. At 18p when the following were selling up though, who is the loser, and just to think, the many that have lost as a result of their results:-
Shame list:-
Aberdeen Asset (sunk)
L&G
Henderson Global
ING fund
Martin Currie
Hermes Inv
Barclays Global
Coop Ins

The Buyers:
AXA @ 23p 29/1/2
Unicorn @ 33.5p 21/11/1
Littlemen (us) 18/20p since.
Oh, and TT (what may their average price be)?
I bet it is not lower than 20p.
If the sell goes through, most of those in profit will be the Littlemen, think yourselves proud, and grateful that you did not invest in the cr@p printed above!
Just to think that my nephew was asking me about Aberdeen Asset last year, and I told him to hang on (tec bubble bursting etc).
We smalltimers get things right more than the dross that is currently being sacked by the institutions. Maybe they may like to employ some of us?
Good luck, think this one is a winner, but not at much above todays figure.
Hoping though, would love 44p, Webb's break-even figure I believe! LOL
