British Embassy staff are no more use than the countless other british civil servants that exist throughout the bureaucratic mishmash of government departments.
They are both helpless and hapless when it come to any action requiring a decision, most need permission to take a p*ss let alone actually do something original like offering help to a British citizen in dire need!
Its times like these when the true worth of these people comes to the fore, and they will always be found wanting, they turn up at the office, they take their cash and pensions and pray that nothing and no one will every ask them to make a decision.
If my post sounds full of anger its probably because I feel just as useless as those embassy staff are, my only redeeming feature is that I’m not taking tax-payers cash and pretending I’m available to help those in need.
This government (and I’m not being political here because I believe the other lot wouldn’t have faired any better) have been shown up to be the most self-serving, self-centered and self-interested crowd of people in the country, God help them if they ever need help, because I for one, wouldn’t ever life a hand to aid a politician – let them reap what they sow!!
