sisi (isis), why r u picking up on India ? Since 1947, India usually never asks for any other countries (both friendly & enemy countries) help, unless it is required. History usually repeats itself. And I am not going to explain this to you, cos u r a pea brain. In certain parts of tribal Andaman & Nicobar islands, even fellow Indians are not allowed, without a permit.
Considering the devastation caused, the money would be used where it is required the most at the moment: Indonesia and SriLanka.
