as time goes on and teh remote areas(like Aceh, sumatra) that dont have decent communications or inditfication methods log teh death toll it'll obviously keep escalating. im so suprised that E.Africa have taken such a beating. its very hard to burden blame on anyone inparticular, there was no warning, indian ocean-boardering countires dont have any tidal wave notification devices as theres never been a neccessity, shame they had to b proved essential in this way, although there must have been siginificant damage in indonesia hours b4 there was in india. everyones been proved wrong by mother earth.
