the terrible thing is, after the shock of this disaster you just wonder how the cynical 'call centre' exploitee companies will react to the realisation that their seemingly safe haven is not immutable to devastation. i just hope we don't see a knee jerk reaction to co's with asian interests as a result...
i can't imagine how one would feel faced with the realisation that they were about to be 'hit' with such a disaster.. let's hope the co's involved in the area pull out the stops and assist in whatever ways possible.
