The 2002 Honda Insight hybrid offered a CVT automatic option. I don't see hybrids (internal combustion/electic as being in any way incompatible with IVT. But I take Jack's point about want and not need. I'm not sure that many drivers would forgo F1/Gameboy paddle shifts even if IVT could do a better job of it.
I hear that there are some Aston Martin enginged Range Rovers tooling around on trial at the moment, so perhaps there will be a shot at putting the TRK system into one of these. Personally I'd prefer to see it associated with something a bit more useful than one of these fatuous penis extensions, but there you are! ;-}
