If anyone takes the Kyoto nonsense at all seriously this country will be looking for ways to reduce carbon emissions by a meaningful amount.

A rapid 5% reduction in fuel use would go a long way to meeting many countries Kyoto obligations.

If IVT can even achieve only 5% reduction then we have it made.

I still believe the biggest mistake Torotrak have made is that they have not created a demand for IVT in the general population.

If you dont believe that, ask your friends have they heard of Torotrak or IVT. Not one person I have spoken to has heard of it.
