You seem to have completely bypassed the points i was making about disgruntled shareholders in the placing. You acknowledge that a far larger sum was meant to be raised but wasn't, and some of the guys who were part of the placing now aren't going to play ball. Hardly a healthy start to a company's life is it?
Frankly, I'm amazed at your faith in Crosby and Ryan's ability to make money. Can you explain to me (in simple English since you know my spelling isn't great), how directors who pay over £4million for an empty shell with no funds can be expected to buy other assets at good levels? Since when was it good business to pay over £4million for a listing when any decent asset can be floated on its own merits for £200,000? The Netcentric boys who've been selling merrily over Christmas (they certianly got their present early) certainly don't think much of Crosby and Ryan's business acumen.
