It is normal to raise money at a discount to the share price but we are paying a premium, why? This is not usual and I know of no reason which would justify this premium and I expect a lot of people think the same.

Only £685K of new money is actually being raised for NCS. These are funds I believe HC is injecting himself. This £685K is the true value of NCS not a penny more.
