TomCo Energy - Crosby's Next Multibagger!

Received my corporate action notice yesterday - "The company has proposed to change its name from Netcentric Systems to Tomco Energy. This is subject to shareholder approval at an EGM on 15/1/07". The rns (below) indicates that it depends on the approval of independent shareholders. When do we receive our Admission document to give approval? Who is actually able to give approval? Howard Crosby's has largest holding but is conflicted. Looks like the intention is a straight change of name of all our shares in NCS to Tomco. Maybe the large number of shares being offered to Institutions at 2.5p cannot be obtained on the market at
