'Vendors' the shareholders in TomCo at the date of this announcement

Loucks and Cooper are both directors of PDM and Stulp is a (former?) director of Cadence

The others in the list in the RNS I don't know much about other than what it say's, i.e. what the underlying purpose of their involvement is.
