Archipelago Resources Awaits Financing Confirmation Prior To Becoming A Gold Producer.


'In further shrewd deals since, Archipelago has acquired the majority of the components of the El Tambo gold processing plant from the Chilean subsidiary of Barrick Gold for just US$2.6m. This equipment is being dismantled, refurbished and packed for shipment from Chile to Toka Tindung at a further cost of some US$5m. The financing for this bargain investment has been arranged via a short-term loan and placings.'
