Atlas have a website under construction that I haven't seen before. It looks as though it will be a lot better then TMC's (could it be worse).
They have a bit on the processing options
"The planned feasibility program is estimated to cost $10M to $15M and will include:
1. detailed exploration to upgrade the resource status to a JORC standard,
2. the identification of metallurgical sample requirements for acid leach and smelting testwork for scoping studies and selection of a viable metallurgical process,
3. pilot scale metallurgical test work and infill reserve definition drilling,
4. engineering design and a bankable feasibility study.
5. off-take agreements and financing.
Preliminary discussions are progressing regarding the availability and indicative price of natural gas from the nearby Malampaya gas field which would be delivered to site via an underwater pipeline. This will have particular relevance for power generation options for a future ferronickel smelter(s) in Palawan and to a lesser degree, acid leach plants."
